First Day of School

Pep talk in the car...he was so nervous he could even muster a smile
Daddy and Son
Look at him heel like a champ

It was Henry's first day of Top Dog Academy. I was a proud mother and if I could have packed him a lunch and put on his backpack I probably would have. Instead I put on his new collar which resembles the choker of death. Henry was a little nervous like most kids are on their first day. Travis and I gave him a good pep talk on the car ride over and told him just to be himself and the other students would love him. At first Henry didn't really talk to the other dogs, but once he had found everything he could that was almost edible he became more relax and made new friends. He learned a lot at school and enjoyed the time bonding with his Dad. I loved watching them learn and play together. I can't believe how fast they grow up :)

Work Party

James and Barry...Their first and last date :)
Joji and CeeCee....my coworkers
Travis, Me, Jane and Thomas

Travis and I went to a farewell party for two of my coworkers. It was so much fun to spend the evening all together.

Mother's Day

My first mother's day!!! My three boys got me a new purse and made me breakfast....thanks to their father's help :) We spent all day just enjoying spending time together. My favorite part of the day was when Travis gave me a foot massage and my three kids all came up and snuggled with me. I didn't place them there they all found a spot next to mom. It was like they new it was Mother's Day!!!!

Park's Pooch Cuts

Henry after cut and bath
Charlie after cut and bath
Watson right after his cut and bath...hating his life
Literally after his bath he went right to his food for comfort

We decided to give all of our animals brand new hair cuts due to the increasing southern heat. We had already shaved Henry but we thought we would make it a family event. Henry lays there and takes it, Charlie struggles a bit but no one relaxed like Watson did. I am sure you are wondering if we used the paralyzer and we didn't have to. He just layed on his back while we shaved his belly. However when it came to the bath though it was a whole different story. We put him on the table and tried to get it over with. He made a lot of noise which I wasn't really aware of until I hear our neighbor ask from two houses down.."Are you bathing your cat?" Then in shame we answered yes. It didn't take long for our neighbors to hear all about it. Watson really did get the worst hair cut; he has one strip down his back shorter than the rest. Overall though everyone looks great and it was memorable!

Cinco De Mayo

I had no idea that Cinco De Mayo wasn't a big holiday in the South until I went to work and told everyone "Happy Cinco De Mayo!" Lots of people looked at me weird but I didn't let it get my spirits down. I made Travis and I a yummy dinner with margaritas. It was so much fun and I can't wait till next year!

LA and Wedding

Rehearsal Dinner. Travis, Lauren and Jeff Kozak
Susan, Me and Nanny

Travis and I went to LA at the end of April for Travis cousin's wedding. It was so much fun to see all of Travis's family and celebrate the wedding! It was one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever seen. I think our favorite thing was the reception and just enjoying the wedding fun!
